This helps in regulating insulin levels and even controls weight gain. Secondly, medication is important. Visiting your doctor and getting treated is vital. If you are overweight and have a big waistline, the doctor would recommend losing weight as it is the best way to conceive.

Exercising can reduce weight and also bring the hormone levels to its normal position. The doctor may give some medications which should be taken for 6 months before the doctor asks for another option.
